1 Apologies – Cllr Jones issued his apologies; it was resolved to accept these.

3 Written applications for dispensations under the Localism Act 2011 – there were no written applications for dispensation.
4 Minutes of meeting dated 1 November 2022 – the minutes were accepted as a true record and duly signed by the Chairman.
5 Planning application reference 22/36138/HOU at Barlaston Hall, Queen Mary’s Drive, Barlaston described as alterations and extension to the existing outbuildings at Barlaston Hall. The Parish Council has no objection to this application.
6 Planning application reference 22/36203/HOU at The Grange, Malthouse Lane, Barlaston described as proposed single storey rear extension, internal alterations and new boundary wall and access gate to Malthouse Lane Boundary. The Parish Council has no objection to this application.
7 Planning application reference 22/36037/HOU at Hall Farm, Queen Mary’s Drive, Barlaston described as rear and side extension. The Parish Council has no objection to this application.
8 Proposed planning application at Barlaston Old Road Garage Old Rd, Barlaston. A meeting was held with the landowner and his architect, in conjunction with the Parish Council’s Planning Consultant, the Clerk and Cllr Fisher. It was determined any proposed development on this site would be deemed unlawful under NPPF guidelines and the Parish Council would reject any planning application submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
