1 Apologies – Cllrs Fisher, Tudor and Jones sent their apologies; it was resolved to accept these. Cllr Oakden was not in attendance.
2 Declarations of Interest – There were no declarations of interest.
3 Written applications for dispensations under the Localism Act 2011 – There were no written applications for dispensation.
4 Minutes of meeting dated 24th September 2024 – these were accepted as a true and accurate record and were duly signed by the Chairman.
5 Matters arising from the meeting of 24th September 2024 and not otherwise on the agenda – Planning application 24/39449/FUL Bursley, 29 Old Road. The Parish Council, as an executive body, recorded a ‘no objection’ outcome to this planning application during the Planning meeting on the 10th September. Cllrs requested that the vote be recorded retrospectively.
Cllrs were reminded that if they want voting to be recorded against a decision of the Parish Council then this should be requested before moving on to the next item of business on the agenda (Standing Order 3(s)). It was noted that Cllrs should not attempt to influence the decision of other Cllrs as to whether they should vote or abstain from voting.
6 Planning Application 24/39548/HOU at 73A Meaford Road described as Proposed single and 2 storey rear extension – There were no objections to this application.
