1             Apologies – Cllr’s Jones, Hemming and Borasinski sent their apologies; it was resolved to accept these.

2             Declarations of Interest – There were no declarations of interest.

3             Written applications for dispensations under the Localism Act 2011 – There were no written applications for dispensation.

4             Minutes of the Parish Council 5 October 2021 – It was resolved to accept these as a true record.

5             Planning Application Ref: 21/34588/HOU at White Eaves 3 Parkfields Close Barlaston described as proposed kitchen extension to front. There were no objections to this application.

6             Planning Application Ref: 21/34825/HOU at Rivendale Rock House Drive Barlaston described as proposed extension to principal elevation to replace a UPVC framed conservatory. There were no objections to this application. It was noted the Local Planning Authority have added a clause under BS5837:2021 – Pre Commencement (phased development) –  A tree Retention and Protection Plan showing all trees and tree groups which are classified as retained and which is compliant with BS5837:2012 “Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction – Recommendations” shall be submitted and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority for each phase of the development prior to the commencement of any ground works and construction activity in tat phase, including the delivery to site of any materials or equipment.’  It was determined that the Clerk make reference to Neighbourhood Plan LNE1 Policy: Natural Environment Development will be supported, subject to other planning policies and material considerations, where its impact on the natural environment is assessed and addressed; particular attention should be afforded to providing additional hedgerows and trees wherever possible and those already established should be retained but where necessarily removed they must be replaced within the site; all new planting should be of an equivalent to the species and type in the locality unless otherwise agreed .

7             Planning Application Ref: 21/34473/HOU at Great Hartwell Farm Hartwell Lane Hartwell Stone ST15 8TL described as Proposed entrance porch and kitchen extensions to farmhouse and detached garage. Removal of 1 No. chimney stack. There were no objections to this application.

8              Date of Next Meeting – to be confirmed
