1 Apologies – Cllr’s Jones, Adams-Elsmore, O’Dunne and Dando sent their apologies; it was resolved to accept these.
2 Declarations of Interest – Cllrs Fisher and Borasinski declared an interest regarding item
3 Written applications for dispensations under the Localism Act 2011 – There were no written applications for dispensation
4 To approve minutes of the Sole Trustee Meeting on 1 February 2022 – These were accepted as a true record.
5 Matters arising from the meeting of 1 February 2022 and not otherwise on the agenda
6 Design of the porch – Cllr David Borasinski agreed to approach a third architect in Macclesfield to ensure we meet with Financial Regulations.
7 Air Condition unit replacement update – A Company recommended by Cllr Borasinski was scheduled to visit site, no quotation received to date
8 Operational Procedures recommended by Audit – It was agreed these were out of date and needed to be reviewed in consultation with the Village Hall Committee
9 Village Hall Committee Minutes 17 February 2022 – The Clerk distributed the minutes
