Tickets still available to see Kel Elliot and her group Barlaston Village Hall on Saturday 15 October.. With a voice that is reminiscent of Alison Moyet, Kel is not only a singer and a song writer but a double bass player too.
Kel writes songs that have a fresh optimistic sound, her lyrics are poetic and clever. Her vocals are distinctly rich and powerful but it is the impressive combination of voice and double base that sets her apart from her contemporaries
This event is being arranged in conjunction with ‘Live and Local’. The programme start will be around 8pm and tickets are priced at £10 per head.
Tickets are available from Tony Dodd (373228), Charles Aked (350347) or from Richard Wright in the Post Office.
